About Me

I’m a Quantitative Research Associate on the Portfolio Research team at Northern Trust. Previously, I was also on the Forecasting team at NielsenIQ (BASES), where I specialized in data analytics and forecasts for new product innovations. I graduated from Indiana University in 2019 with a degree in Economics.

Alongside my role at Northern Trust, I run Sean Gardner Consulting LLC, a boutique consulting practice that helps clients turn ideas and data into actionable insights. My work spans copywriting and brand research to sharpen messaging, as well as forecasting, data visualization, and applied research to support strategy and decision-making

I have a passion for turning data into stories and solutions.
